Client Service Operations, Senior Associate
Who we are looking for
The Client Service Operations Senior Associate oversees operational activities and client inquiries for some of our largest Asset Owner clients on the West Coast. This role monitors and helps govern the performance of all business unit shared service teams, Global CoEs and Service Delivery operations as it relates to the overall service level for our clients.

What you will be responsible for
As Client Service Operations Senior Associate you will
• Support the identification and resolution of work processing issues to streamline operations.
• Participate in task realignment activities including identification of work to be realigned, drafting procedures and providing training and support to new processing teams.
• Monitor day-to-day service delivery of Business Unit shared service teams and COEs for assigned clients.
• Respond in a timely manner to both internal and external inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong client and inter-departmental relationships.
• Escalate unresolved issues or problems to Officer/AVP/VP.
• During the course of normal day-to-day operations, be responsible for identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and report and/or escalate in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant operating procedures.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, preferably within accounting, finance or economics
• At least 2 years' work experience in accounting, finance, mutual fund operations, loan servicing or related career
• Strong computer competence (Microsoft applications, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Multitasking capability

Salary Range:
$52,000 - $75,400 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
